We are pleased to announce that our law firm advised a Greek S.A. with a prominent place in the field of car rental services, on its successful demerger by way of transfer of all assets and liabilities to two newly established SA companies.
In the context of this corporate restructuring, we achieved the reorganization of the demerged company, the improvement of its financial status and the enhancement of its competitiveness.
The official announcement for the demerger was issued on January 5th, 2022, after months of consistent efforts, thus marking the completion of this demanding and significant project.
