VDI Law Firm successfully represented a German investor in the acquisition of a luxury residence at Chania, Crete, for a value of 3.5m. Euro.
The deal was extremely demanding and included thorough due diligence, lengthy negotiations and delicate handling from our legal team, given that the plot is outside the urban planning zone and we had to comply with special regulations and certain legal and technical requirements, as well as observe the existing rights of way in favor of neighboring plots.
