VDI Law Firm has successfully obtained a final court decision against a Greek Bank, in the context of enforcement proceedings.

The court upheld our objection against an inaccurate third-party garnishee declaration, whereby the Bank had claimed that, although an account in the name of the debtor existed, it had no available balance due to a pledge in its favor.

Our litigation team challenged the accuracy of that declaration, and the court ruled in our client’s favor, recognizing the claim and rejecting the Bank’s position.

This decision contributes to the protection of creditors’ rights and addresses the issue of inaccurate garnishee declarations in enforcement procedures.
