VDI goes green!
VDI Law Firm participated in the WWF Greece “Adopt a Beach”*, an environmental program that relies on the consistent and meaningful participation of volunteer groups in the collection and recording of beach litter on Greek coastlines. Our team visited Vouliagmeni beach in Kinetta and after making an inspection along the coastline, collected valuable data on the litter found, such as plastic bottles and bags, cigarette butts, soda cans, etc. We repeated the beach clean-up also in November. With this environmental initiative, VDI hopes to achieve the targets for the protection of our seas and reduction of plastic pollution while create a better and cleaner planet for all of us. Let’s do this together!
*Τhe implementation of “Adopt a Beach” is based on the namesake mechanism for citizen awareness and monitoring of marine litter created by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
