On 4,5 and 7 December 2025, this year’s Job Fair by ELSA Athens and ELSA Greece offered exactly what we value most: meaningful interaction with the next generation of legal minds.
We met students who are curious, ambitious, and eager to understand how the profession unfolds in practice.
Our Partners Vasilis Ikonomidis, Georgia Patili, and Despina Valtzi introduced students to VDI’s way of working: our legal thinking, our commitment to excellence, and the collaborative mindset that defines our culture. Adding a personal touch, our trainee lawyer Christina Siozou shared her own journey offering an authentic perspective on life inside the firm.
A key highlight was conducting 21 on-site interviews with students interested in joining VDI-an important step in giving young professionals the chance to experience real legal work and build their skills in a supportive environment.
