Our law firm has successfully handled the case of a foreign aviation company in liquidation at second instance.

After the closure of its operation the aviation company had claims against three Greek companies of the same group operating in the field of aircraft ground handling regarding amounts that have been prepaid for services which had not been provided.

Our litigation team led by our partner Georgia Patili submitted a lawsuit and managed to achieve the adjudication of the greater part of the claims. The opponents submitted an appeal which was rejected in its biggest part. The case had various issues of legal nature in relation to unjust enrichment, termination of good cause, as well as of accounting nature.
