Our corporate team had the privilege of representing TheraVita Medical P.C., a Greek company specialized in medical and nutrition services, in the negotiation and execution of a Sponsored Research Agreement with a global industry leader relating to the performance of an epidemiological study in the field of nutrition. At the same time, we prepared a Subaward Agreement with a renowned U.S. university, supporting TheraVita’s expanding international research collaborations.
