We are happy to announce that we successfully represented the Cypriot start-up company Vevivo Ltd in registering its EU trademark VEVIVO, used to distinguish a social networking platform where users meet each other through shared activities. Our legal team responded to an opposition filed by a Spanish company before the EU Intellectual Property Office, denied with well-founded arguments what the opponent claimed and defended the interests of our client to the fullest, thus achieving the dismissal of the opposition in its entirety.
