VDI Law Firm was pleased to participate in the first event of the AI Committee launched by The Hellenic-Dutch Association of Commerce & Industry titled “Unlocking AI Literacy for Meaningful Business Impact”, hosted on 3 February at Interamerican.
Our firm was represented by our Associate Elpida Kazantzidou. She addressed the topic “AI risk classification & compliance obligations under the EU AI Act”, providing a concise overview of the EU AI Act’s risk-based framework, including the classification of AI systems according to their level of risk, as well as the core compliance obligations applicable to AI providers and deployers. The event also featured a keynote address by Pasquale Zamprotta, highlighting the practical business impact of AI adoption across the EU healthcare sector.
