The dispute resolution department of our law firm has successfully handled the case of a well-known cosmetics company (former Shiseido Hellas) towards the legal representative of a department store.
Although the latter was found not guilty in the criminal court for the criminal act of misappropriation of an object of great value that had been entrusted to him due to his status as a trustee in the context of a Commercial Cooperation Agreement with Warehousing of Goods, the civil court accepted our allegations and awarded compensation for the tort committed eagainst our client.
